If you need to cancel a soundscape design service, please contact us within 48 hours of service initiation. We will work with you to find a suitable resolution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to finding a solution that works for both parties.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our audio files and soundscape compositions, all sales are final once files have been delivered. However, we are happy to work with you to make adjustments or modifications if needed.

Modifications and Adjustments

If you are not completely satisfied with your soundscape, we offer one round of modifications at no additional charge. Additional modifications may be available for a fee.

Processing Time

Refund requests will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
